This parish activity has a social impact on our community: Camaraderie among Bingo players often evolves into caring friendships. Parish volunteers call the games, sell game packets and "specials" at the door and walk around selling "specials" during the Bingo session and intermission. We also have "tear off's" which offer another opportunity to win money.
Assistance is always welcome in the kitchen to sell refreshments, especially during intermission. The proceeds from Bingo are a significant contribution to the parish budget. Without dedicated volunteer workers this financially beneficial social activity would not be possible.
